Application of graded psychological nursing in perioperative period of patients with bladder cancer
分级心理护理在膀胱癌患者围手术期中的应用

摘要

目的 分析分级心理护理在膀胱癌患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法 将我院在2021.1月至2022.1月收治的70例膀胱癌手术患者为研究对象，采用随机分组，将患者分成研究组与常规组，研究组中的35例患者接受分级心理护理，常规组中的35例患者接受常规护理，对两组分别干预后的效果展开对比。结果 研究组、常规组护理满意度评分依次为97.14％、74.28％，前者护理满意度评分高于常规组，P＜0.05；在生活质量评分对比上，研究组的各项评分均优于常规组，P＜0.05；在心理情绪评分对比上，护理前两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较无差异，P＞0.05，干预后研究组的焦虑、抑郁评分低于常规组，P＜0.05。结论 膀胱癌患者围手术期间接受分级心理护理，可提高患者的生活质量，调节不良情绪，值得运用。

Abstract

Objective to analyze the effect of graded psychological nursing in the perioperative period of patients with bladder cancer.
Methods: 70 patients with bladder cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into the study group and the routine group. 35 patients in the study group received graded psychological care and 35 patients in the routine group received routine care. The effects of the two groups after intervention were compared.
Results: the scores of nursing satisfaction in the study group and the routine group were 97.14% and 74.28% respectively. The scores of nursing satisfaction in the former group were higher than those in the routine group (P < 0.05); In the comparison of quality of life scores, the scores of the study group were better than those of the routine group (P < 0.05); On the comparison of psychological and emotional scores, there was no difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05). After intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the routine group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : the patients with bladder cancer received graded psychological nursing during the perioperative period, which can improve their quality of life and regulate their bad mood, and is worth using.
