Effect of fixed abdominal drainage tube in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery nursing
肝胆胰外科护理中应用固定腹腔引流管的效果研究

摘要

目的 研究肝胆胰外科护理中应用固定腹腔引流管的效果。方法 选择2021年04月-2022年04月到本院肝胆胰外科接受腹腔引流管干预的患者134例，随机分为实验和对照两组，分析两组护理效果与价值。结果 实验组护理质量分数更高、纠纷发生率更低，P＜0.05；护理前，两组心理状态，P＞0.05；护理后，实验组心理状态优于对照组，P＜0.05；实验组不良事件发生率1（1.49%）低于对照组9（13.43%），P＜0.05；实验组生活质量均高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 运用固定腹腔引流管方式与专科护理服务给予肝胆胰外科患者干预，效果显著，可运用。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of using fixed abdominal drainage tube in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery nursing.
Methods: A total of 134 patients who received abdominal drainage tube intervention in the Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery of our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and the nursing effect and value of the two groups were analyzed.
Results: The score of nursing quality was higher and the incidence of disputes was lower in the experimental group, P < 0.05; Before nursing, the psychological state of the two groups, P > 0.05; After nursing, the psychological state of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, P < 0.05; The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group (1 (1.49%)) was lower than that in the control group (9 (13.43%), P < 0.05; The quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : The application of fixed abdominal drainage tube and specialized nursing service for patients with hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery has significant effect and can be applied.
