Influence of high quality nursing on rehabilitation effect of patients with limb swelling after limb fractureoperation
优质护理对四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀患者康复效果的影响

摘要

目的 探究四肢骨折术后予以优质护理对肢体肿胀康复效果的影响。方法 文章时间2021年1月到2022年6月，研究患者均来自院内创伤骨科，共有60人，随机分成研究组、对照组，每组均为30人，比对2组康复效果。结果 干预前，2组间生活质量评分差距小（P＞0.05)，干预后，研究组病人生理机能、职能、社会功能以及整体健康状况分值更高，P值＜0.05；2组骨折患者术后康复情况相比，研究组术后患肢肿胀症状消退时间更快、肿胀程度更轻、双侧肢体周径数更低，P值＜0.01。结论 四肢骨折术后予以优质护理，可以促进患肢肿胀症状的快速康复，改善患者术后负面情绪和应急疼痛。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on limb swelling after limb fracture surgery.
Methods: from January 2021 to June 2022, the study patients were all from the Department of orthopedics and trauma in the hospital. A total of 60 people were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 30 people in each group. The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.
Results: before the intervention, there was a small difference in the scores of quality of life between the two groups (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the scores of physiological function, function, social function and overall health status of the patients in the study group were higher (P < 0.05); There was no significant difference in the scores of various scales of the patients before the intervention. After the intervention, the scores of pain, anxiety and depression in the study group were significantly decreased; Compared with the postoperative rehabilitation of the fracture patients in the two groups, the swelling symptoms of the affected limbs in the study group subsided faster, the swelling degree was lighter, and the peripheral diameter of the bilateral limbs was lower (P < 0.01).
Conclusion  : high-quality nursing after limb fracture operation can promote the rapid recovery of swelling symptoms of the affected limbs, and improve the patients' negative emotions and emergency pain after operation.
