Observation on the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with benign prostatichyperplasia after operation
综合护理干预对老年前列腺增生手术患者术后疗效的观察

摘要

目的 探究前列腺增生老年患者围术期应用综合护理的疗效。方法 研究时间2021年3月到2022年6月，研究患者共60人，均选取我院泌尿外科，将其分成研究组、对照组，每组30人，比对2组康复效果。结果 研究组患者综合护理干预后负性情绪（SDS和SAS）和VAS评分均低于对照组，P＜0.05；研究组病人术后肛门排气、恢复进食以及首次下床活动时间均短于对照组，患者每日平均睡眠时间和整体护理质量评分均高于对照组，P＜0.05；研究组MFR水平更趋近正常值，IPSS症状评分更低，P＜0.05。结论 对围术期前列腺增生老年病人实施综合护理，可以缩短治疗时间，促进术后快速康复。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia during perioperative period.
Methods: the study period was from March 2021 to June 2022. A total of 60 patients were selected from the urology department of our hospital. They were divided into the study group and the control group, with 30 people in each group. The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.
Results: after comprehensive nursing intervention, the scores of negative emotion (SDS and SAS) and vas in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); After operation, the patients in the study group had shorter time to exhaust their anus, resume eating and get out of bed for the first time than those in the control group. The average daily sleep time and the overall nursing quality score of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05); The MFR level in the study group was closer to the normal value, and the IPSS symptom score was lower (P < 0.05); The number of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : comprehensive nursing care for the elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia during perioperative period can shorten the treatment time and promote the rapid recovery after operation.
