Clinical study on postoperative nursing of elderly patients with hip replacement surgery
髋关节置换手术老年患者术后护理临床研究

摘要

目的 探讨对髋关节置换手术老年患者术后采用积极护理措施，预防并发症的发生。方法 立项后选取我院2020年6月至2022年6月收治的髋关节置换手术老年患者作为研究对象，以入院顺序，筛选年纪在65岁-75岁之间，通过临床表现和术后康复记录，将记档入库的适宜患者中40例患者作为研究对象，其中20例采用常规的护理分为对照组，另外20例患者采用积极护理分为研究组，研究和比较两组患者出现术后并发症和康复情况，并对比其术后的满意度。结果 两组患者术后并发症的发生情况而言，研究组患者的情形优于对照组，两组患者术后康复周期的而言，研究组患者的情形明显优于对照组。结论 对接收髋关节置换手术老年患者而言，实施积极护理措施能够有效避免术后并发症的发生，够降低其出现并发症的风险，缩短康复周期，提高手术效果。

Abstract

Objective To explore the postoperative active nursing measures for elderly patients with hip replacement surgery to prevent complications.
Methods After the establishment of the project, the elderly patients admitted to hip replacement surgery in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research object. In the order of admission, the ages between the ages of 65 and 75 were screened. Through clinical manifestations and postoperative rehabilitation records, 40 patients who were recorded in the warehouse were studied. Among the subjects, 20 patients with routine nursing were divided into a control group, and the other 20 patients were divided into a research group with active nursing. The postoperative complications and rehabilitation of the two groups were studied and compared, and their postoperative satisfaction was compared.
Results in terms of the occurrence of postoperative complications in the two groups, the situation of the patients in the study group was better than that in the control group, and in terms of the postoperative recovery cycle of the two groups, the situation of the patients in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group.
Conclusion   For elderly patients undergoing hip replacement surgery, active nursing measures can effectively avoid postoperative complications, reduce the risk of complications, shorten the recovery cycle, and improve the surgical effect.
