Effect analysis of humanized nursing intervention in patients undergoing thoracic surgery
对胸外科手术患者实施人性化护理干预的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析人性化护理干预用于胸外科手术的价值。方法 2021年11月-2022年8月本院胸外科接诊手术病人86名，随机均分2组。试验组采取人性化护理干预，对照组行常规护理。对比满意度等指标。结果 关于SDS和SAS评分，干预结束时：试验组数据分别是（30.24±3.15）分、（32.68±3.92）分，和对照组数据（43.79±4.53）分、（55.21±5.36）分相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于并发症这个指标：试验组发生率2.33%，和对照组数据16.28%相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于住院时间：试验组数据（6.97±2.41）d，和对照组数据（10.52±2.96）d相比更短（P＜0.05）。关于满意度，试验组数据97.67%，和对照组数据81.4%相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论 胸外科手术用人性化护理干预，并发症发生率更低，住院时间更短，负性情绪缓解也更为迅速，满意度改善更加明显。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of humanized nursing intervention in thoracic surgery.
Methods From November 2021 to August 2022,86 patients were treated in the thoracic surgery department and randomly divided into 2 groups. The trial group adopted humanized nursing intervention, and the control group did routine care. Compare the satisfaction degree and other indicators.
Results For SDS and SAS scores, at the end of the intervention: (30.24 ± 3.15), (32.68 ± 3.92), and lower (55.26) and (43.79 ± 4.53), respectively (P <0.05) than ± 5.35). For complications, the incidence rate in the trial group was 2.33%, which was lower than the incidence rate of 16.28% of the data in the control group (P <0.05). For length of stay: the test group data (6.97 ± 2.41) d and was shorter (10.52 ± 2.96) (P <0.05) than the control group data d. Regarding satisfaction, the 17% of the trial group data was 97.67%, higher compared with 81.4% in the control group (P <0.05).
Conclusion   humanized nursing intervention in thoracic surgery has lower complication rate, shorter hospital stay, more rapid negative mood relief and more obvious improvement in satisfaction.
