Effect of continuous nursing intervention on treatment compliance of discharged patientswith cerebral infarction
延续护理干预对脑梗塞出院患者治疗依从性的影响

摘要

目的 探究对脑梗塞患者出院行延续护理的影响。方法 文章研究人员选取时间2021年1月到2022年2月，选自我院神经内科，共60人，用数表法随机分组，分成对照组（常规出院指导）、研究组（延续护理），每组30人，比对出院患者依从性。结果 研究组开展延续护理后饮食控制、遵嘱用药、康复训练、脑梗死并发症预防等方面的依从性显著高于对照组，P＜0.05；研究组生活质量量表得分显著高于对照组，P值＜0.05；与对照组相比较，干预后研究组NIHSS分值更低、ADL分值更高，脑梗死患者自理生活能力显著提升，P值＜0.05。结论 脑梗塞患者出院后行延续护理，动态化监管患者用药和自我照护行为，可以有效提高患者依从性，提高居家照护质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the influence of continuous nursing on cerebral infarction patients after discharge.
Methods From January 2021 to February 2022, a total of 60 people were selected from the Department of Neurology in our hospital. They were randomly divided into control group (routine discharge guidance) and study group (continuous nursing) by using the number table method, with 30 people in each group to compare the compliance of discharged patients.
Results The compliance of diet control, medication compliance, rehabilitation training and prevention of cerebral infarction complications in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The score of quality of life scale in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, after intervention, the NIHSS score of the study group was lower, the ADL score was higher, and the self-care living ability of patients with cerebral infarction was significantly improved, P<0.05.
Conclusion   Continuous nursing for patients with cerebral infarction after discharge, dynamic supervision of drug use and self-care behavior of patients can effectively improve patient compliance and improve the quality of home care.
