Evaluation of clinical efficacy and safety of thoracoscopic surgery for lumbar disc herniation
脊柱椎间孔镜手术对腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效及安全性评估

摘要

目的 评估柱椎间孔镜手术就腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 撷取2021年1月~2022年8月总时段内就我院行腰椎间盘突出症手术治疗的100例患者为样本对象。基于术式差异分为两组。对照组予常规开放手术治疗，观察组则予椎间孔镜手术治疗。评估比对两组术后腰椎功能、疼痛评分以及并发症情况。 结果 观察组腰椎功能评分高于对照组，腰椎疼痛评分则低于对照组，2项（P<0.001），且该组术后并发症发生率（4.00%）低于对照组（16.00%）（P<0.05）。结论 针对腰椎间盘突出症运用柱椎间孔镜手术治疗效果优异。

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of lumbar disc herniation treated with column intervertebral foraminal surgery.
Methods: 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were operated in our hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the sample. The patients were divided into two groups based on the difference of surgical methods. The control group received conventional open surgery, while the observation group received endoscopic surgery. The postoperative lumbar function, pain score and complications of the two groups were evaluated and compared.
Results: The score of lumbar function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, while the score of lumbar pain was lower than that in the control group (P<0.001). The incidence of postoperative complications in this group (4.00%) was lower than that in the control group (16.00%) (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The application of column intervertebral foraminoscope in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has excellent results.
