摘要
患者脊柱若有偏离中线表现，且整体呈现一侧弯曲，则此种现象被称之为脊柱侧弯。作为对青少年与儿童身心健康产生严重影响的常见病症，脊柱侧弯在影响患者仪表的同时，更会增大发育不良或胸廓缩窄等现象的发生风险，进而对患者心肺功能产生不良影响。文章从脊柱侧弯手术围手术期护理术前方式、术前准备、手术配合、护士配合以及术后护理角度，探析了脊柱侧弯手术围手术期护理要点，希望能够为同行业工作者提供一些帮助。

Abstract
If the patient's spinal column deviates from the midline and presents one side curvature as a whole, this phenomenon is called scoliosis. As a common disease that has a serious impact on the physical and mental health of adolescents and children, scoliosis not only affects the patient's appearance, but also increases the risk of stunting or chest narrowing, and then has a negative impact on the patient's cardiopulmonary function. This article discusses the perioperative nursing methods, preoperative preparation, surgical cooperation, nurse cooperation and postoperative nursing of scoliosis surgery, This paper analyzes the key points of perioperative nursing in scoliosis surgery, and hopes to provide some help for the workers in the same industry.
