摘要
目的 分析人工膝关节置换术治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果。方法 选择我院2022年5月－2023年8月诊疗的100例类风湿关节炎患者，根据患者的个人意愿分为研究组与对照组，每组50例。结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组；治疗后研究组ROM、HSS高于对照组，VAS低于对照组；全膝关节畸形率低于对照组；生活质量评分高于对照组，P均＜0.05。结论 人工膝关节置换术对于类风湿关节炎的治疗有着积极的作用，有助于疾病的恢复。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of artificial knee replacement in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to their personal wishes, with 50 cases in each group. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group. After treatment, the ROM and HSS of the study group were higher than that of the control group, and the VAS of the study group was lower than that of the control group. The total knee deformity rate was lower than that of control group. Quality of life scores were higher than those of control group, all P < 0.05. Conclusion Artificial knee arthroplasty has a positive effect on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and is helpful to the recovery of the disease.
