摘要
目的 分析了解外科手术后切口被细菌污染的有关原因。方法 回顾性分析去年5月至今年5月外科手术病患200人。结果 被分析的病患中有30人发生切口被细菌污染，发生率15%。年龄较大、做手术的时间、术式的选择、切口的分类、术前术后抗菌药物的应用、病患的原发慢性病、细菌菌种的类型都与切口被细菌侵袭有明确的关系。结论：切口被细菌污染在的原因多样化，在进行治疗的过程中要有针对性，做好预防和发生感染后的治疗方案

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the causes of bacterial contamination of the incision after surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis of 200 surgical patients from May last year to May this year. Results Of the 30 patients analyzed, the incision was contaminated with bacteria, and the incidence rate was 15%. The older age, the time of surgery, the choice of surgery, the classification of the incision, the application of antibiotics before and after surgery, the primary chronic disease of the patient, and the type of bacterial species are all clearly related to the invasion of the incision by bacteria. Conclusion : The causes of incision contaminated by bacteria are diversified, and should be targeted in the process of treatment, and the treatment plan after prevention and infection can be done well.
