腹腔镜下疝气修补术患者的临床手术护理配合分析

摘要

目的研究腹腔镜下疝气修补术患者的临床手术护理配合效果。方法选择2020年12月－2021年10月到本院接受腹腔镜下疝气修补术的患者共58例，随机分为实验和对照两组，分析两组手术护理效果。结果干预后，实验组患者心理状态评分均低于对照组，P＜0.05；实验组生活质量高于对照组，P＜0.05；实验组并发症出现概率2（6.90%）低于对照组8（27.58%），P＜0.05。结论腹腔镜下疝气修补手术治疗方式对疝气疾病治疗效果较为显著，但由于是入侵手术，患者容易出现应激反应和并发症，将全面性手术护理引入，可降低患者的心理波动，使得患者情绪更为稳定，积极的配合临床中医务工作人员的诊疗工作，使得护理的价值和意义更高。所以在日后，可将更多的精力运用在探析快速康复护理中，旨在改善患生命质量。

Abstract

Objective To study the clinical operation nursing cooperation effect of patients undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair.
Methods A total of 58 patients who underwent laparoscopic hernia repair in our hospital from December 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, and the surgical nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed.
Results after the intervention, the psychological state scores of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); The quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); The incidence of complications in the experimental group 2 (6.90%) was lower than that in the control group 8 (27.58%) (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   laparoscopic hernia repair surgery has a significant effect on the treatment of hernia diseases, but because it is an invasive operation, patients are prone to stress reactions and complications. The introduction of comprehensive surgical nursing can reduce the psychological fluctuation of patients, make the patients' mood more stable, actively cooperate with the diagnosis and treatment of clinical medical staff, and make the value and significance of nursing higher. Therefore, in the future, more energy can be used in the analysis of rapid rehabilitation nursing, in order to improve the quality of life of patients.
