Hematological nursing measures and value analysis of autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantationin the treatment of malignant lymphoma
自体外周血造血干细胞移植治疗恶性淋巴瘤的血液科护理措施和价值分析

摘要

目的 探究自体外周血造血干细胞移植治疗恶性淋巴瘤的血液科护理措施和价值。方法 参与本次研究的研究对象为58例恶性淋巴瘤患者，均在2015年3月-2020年3月期间收入本院治疗。按照随机数字表法分为对照组（29例，常规护理），实验组（29例，血液科优质护理），比较两组护理效果。结果 由研究结果数据方面上可见，实验组复发率、并发症发生率相比较对照组较低（P＜0.05）。实验组生活质量相比较对照组较高（P＜0.05）。结论 在恶性淋巴瘤患者施行自体外周血造血干细胞移植治疗中采取血液科优质护理干预，可较好的降低复发率以及并发症发生率，提高患者的生活质量，从而对其满意度予以提升。由此可见，在自体外周血造血干细胞移植治疗恶性淋巴瘤患者中采取血液科优质护理具有重要的意义。

Abstract

Objective To explore the hematological nursing measures and value of autologous peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in the treatment of malignant lymphoma.
Methods The subjects involved in this study were 58 patients with malignant lymphoma, all of whom were admitted to our hospital for treatment from March 2015 to March 2020. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group (29 cases, routine nursing) and the experimental group (29 cases, high-quality nursing in the Department of Hematology), and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results From the data of the research results, it can be seen that the recurrence rate and complication rate of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   High-quality nursing intervention in the department of hematology in the treatment of autologous peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in patients with malignant lymphoma can better reduce the recurrence rate and the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life of patients, and improve their satisfaction. It can be seen that it is of great significance to take high-quality nursing care in the department of hematology in patients with malignant lymphoma treated with autologous peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
