摘要
目的 讨论研究在行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者护理工作中采取手术室护理干预措施的价值作用。方法 将2020年12月到2021年12月期间院内的68例行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者纳入研究范围，利用随机分配法划分为两组——对照组（患者接受常规基础护理工作）、观察组（患者接受常规基础护理+手术室护理干预工作），对比两组患者相关并发症发生情况，对比两组患者对护理工作满意情况、肠道恢复时长、初次下床时长、整体住院治疗时长。结果 观察组整体相关并发症发生情况、对护理工作满意情况、肠道恢复时长、初次下床时长、整体住院治疗时长等相关数据信息都明显比对照组更具优势，P<0.05，有统计学差异。结论 在行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者护理工作中采取手术室护理干预措施，可以有效降低并发症发生几率，将患者对护理工作满意水平提升到新高度。

Abstract
Objective To discuss and study the value and role of operating room nursing intervention in the nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer. Methods 68 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in the hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (patients received routine basic nursing work) and the observation group (patients received routine basic nursing + operating room nursing intervention work). The incidence of related complications of the two groups and the satisfaction of the two groups with nursing work were compared Intestinal recovery time, first time out of bed time, overall hospitalization time. Results the observation group had more advantages than the control group in the occurrence of overall related complications, satisfaction with nursing work, length of intestinal recovery, length of first getting out of bed and overall length of hospitalization, P < 0.05. Conclusion Taking operating room nursing intervention measures in the nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve the patients' satisfaction with nursing work to a new level.
