Effect of Internet + continuous management combined with individualized rehabilitation on quality of life of patients after THA
互联网+延续管理联合个体化康复对THA术后患者生活质量的影响效果分析

摘要

目的 研究互联网+延续管理联合个体化康复对全髋关节置换术（THA）术后患者生活质量的影响效果分析。方法 选择2020.01-2022.1在我院进行THA手术治疗的56例患者，采用计算机随机分组法将其分为研究组与对照组，每组28例。对照组实施个体化康复锻炼，研究组在对照组基础上联合互联网+延续管理，对比两组术后3个月髋关节Harris评分、生活质量评分、并发症发生率。结果 研究组患者疼痛、功能、活动范围等髋关节评分均高于对照组；研究组患者生活质量评分高于对照组；研究组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。。结论 THA术后患者在个体化康复锻炼基础上，联合互联网+延续管理效果更为显著，可促使患者出院后持续身体康复锻炼，改善髋关节功能，降低并发症发生率，提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of Internet + continuous management combined with individualized rehabilitation on the quality of life of patients after total hip replacement (THA).
Methods 56 patients who underwent THA surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 28 cases in each group. The control group implemented individualized rehabilitation exercise, and the study group combined Internet + continuous management on the basis of the control group, and compared the Harris score, quality of life score and complication rate of the two groups 3 months after operation.
Results the scores of pain, function and range of motion in the study group were higher than those in the control group; The score of quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group; The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   on the basis of individualized rehabilitation exercise, combined with Internet + continuous management, the effect of tha postoperative patients is more significant, which can promote the patients' continuous physical rehabilitation exercise after discharge, improve the hip function, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
