Study on the effect of ultrasound-guided mini incision microinvasive circumcision in plasma cell mastitis
超声引导小切口微创旋切术应用于浆细胞性乳腺炎的效果研究

摘要

目的 分析浆细胞性乳腺炎以超声引导小切口微创旋切术治疗的疗效。方法 选择本院2019年1月-2021年12月之间收治的浆细胞性乳腺炎患者共计80例开展研究，通过资料自然随机分组形式，将患者分为两组，分别施行传统手术治疗（对照组）、超声引导小切口微创旋切术治疗（观察组），经由患者手术知情与允准，对比手术时间、住院时间、切口恢复时间以及并发症占比；另外于术后四周回访统计患者对乳房外形满意度、十二周与十六周回访统计患者整体复发率；对比术后两组患者术前术后的SAS/SDS指数变化，分析治疗形式于患者心理影响。结果 观察组手术时间、住院时间、切口恢复时间短，并发症占比偏低，治疗效率偏高；观察组满意度偏高，复发率偏低，手术疗效较佳；观察组术后的SAS/SDS指数降幅偏大，心理疗效略高，（P<0.05）。结论 浆细胞性乳腺炎经由超声引导小切口微创旋切术治疗，可降低并发症、复发概率，缩短术后恢复时间，患者认同，且具有一定心理安抚价值。

Abstract

Objective T to analyze the effect of ultrasound-guided mini incision microinvasive circumcision in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis.
Methods a total of 80 patients with plasma cell mastitis treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected for the study. The patients were divided into two groups by natural random grouping. They were treated with traditional surgical treatment (control group) and minimally invasive rotary resection of small incision guided by ultrasound (observation group). With the knowledge and permission of the patients, the operation time, hospital stay, incision recovery time and the proportion of complications were compared; In addition, the patients' satisfaction with breast shape and the overall recurrence rate of patients at 12 and 16 weeks after operation were collected; The changes of sas/sds index before and after operation were compared between the two groups, and the effect of treatment form on patients' psychology was analyzed.
Results in the observation group, the operation time, hospitalization time and incision recovery time were short, the proportion of complications was low, and the treatment efficiency was high; The observation group had higher satisfaction, lower recurrence rate and better surgical effect; In the observation group, the sas/sds index decreased significantly and the psychological effect was slightly higher (p<0.05).
Conclusion   the treatment of plasma cell mastitis by ultrasound-guided mini incision microinvasive circumcision can reduce the probability of complications and recurrence, shorten the time of postoperative recovery, and the patients agree with it, and it has a certain value of psychological comfort.
