Effect of psychological nursing on postoperative quality of life of patients with bladder cancer
心理护理对膀胱癌患者术后生存质量的影响

摘要
目的 分析心理护理用于膀胱癌患者术后生存质量的作用。方法 从2020年1月-2022年1月期间入院接受诊治的膀胱癌患者内选择70例，根据干预形式分组，可以将患者分为实验组与对照组，各35例。对照组接受常规护理，实验组接受心理护理，对比干预效果。结果 护理前，实验组与对照组的SDS、SAS评分未见差异，P＞0.05。护理后，实验组的SDS、SAS评分优于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组中的生活质量优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 将心理护理用于膀胱癌术后患者护理内，可以改善患者的情绪、生存质量，提高预后。

Abstract
Objectiveto analyze the effect of psychological nursing on postoperative quality of life of patients with bladder cancer. Methods from January 2020 to January 2022, 70 patients with bladder cancer were selected. According to the intervention form, the patients were divided into experimental group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received psychological nursing. The intervention effects were compared. Results before nursing, there was no difference in SDS and SAS scores between the experimental group and the control group (P > 0.05). After nursing, the scores of SDS and SAS in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The quality of life in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion psychological nursing can improve the mood, quality of life and prognosis of patients with bladder cancer after operation.
