Application of clinical nursing pathway in laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with gallstone complicated with diabetes mellitus
临床护理路径在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗胆结石合并糖尿病患者中的应用分析

摘要

目的 探讨临床护理路径在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗胆结石合并糖尿病患者中的应用。方法 入组的患者时间是在2019年3月-2020年3月期间，抽选70例胆结石合并糖尿病患者入组，将患者均分为实验组与对照组,每组35例。对照组之中的患者采取的是常规的护理模式，而实验组则应用临床护理路径模式,对比实验组与对照组患者并发症的情况以及护理满意度做比较。结果 实验组整体的护理满意度要优于对照组，实验组发生不良事件的概率要优于对照组，实验组下床时间、引流管拔除时间、进食时间与住院时间均短于对照组，实验组血糖水平低于对照组，差异具备统计学上的价值，(P<0.05)。结论 对于胆结石合并糖尿病患者采取腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗，实施临床护理路径的模式，能够有效的提升患者整体的依从性，还可以加快患者的恢复，还可以有效的预防并发症。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application of clinical nursing pathway in laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with gallstone complicated with diabetes
Methods the patients were enrolled in the period March 2019 -2020 March, and 70 patients with gallstone complicated with diabetes were enrolled in the study. The patients were equally divided into experimental group and control group, 35 cases in each group. The patients in the control group adopted the conventional nursing mode, while the experimental group applied the clinical nursing path mode to compare the complications and nursing satisfaction between the experimental group and the control group.
Results the overall nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the probability of adverse events in the experimental group was better than that of the control group, the time to get out of bed, the time to remove the drainage tube, the time to eat and the length of hospital stay in the experimental group were all shorter, the blood sugar level of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   for patients with gallstone complicated with diabetes, laparoscopic cholecystectomy and clinical nursing pathway can effectively improve the overall compliance of patients, accelerate the recovery of patients, and effectively prevent complications.
