Analysis of the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on cardiac rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease undergoing cardiac intervention
综合护理干预对冠心病心脏介入术患者心脏康复效果的作用分析

摘要

目的 研究综合护理干预对冠心病心脏介入术患者心脏康复的影响。方法 研究时间为2020年5月-2021年5月。研究对象：我院收取的98例冠心病心脏介入术患者。采用随机数字表法进行分组，每组患者各49例。对照组采用常规护理，实验组采用综合护理干预。对比两组患者的不良情绪以及患者的护理满意度。结果 实验组患者负面情绪评分低于对照组，数据之间进行对比存在显著差异（P＜0.05）。实验组患者护理满意度高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组病人对疼痛评分远远差于对照组疼痛评分，两组之间的数据具有较大差异，具备临床统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理干预后的心功能状况高于对照组，组间数据存在一定的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对冠心病心脏介入术患者实施综合护理干预能够进一步改善患者的负面情绪，可以有效改善病人的心功能情况，值得推广和应用。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on cardiac rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease undergoing cardiac intervention.
Methods The study period was from May 2020 to May 2021. Subjects: 98 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing cardiac intervention were enrolled in our hospital. Patients in each group were divided into 49 cases by random number table method. Routine nursing was used in the control group and comprehensive nursing intervention was used in the experimental group. The adverse mood and nursing satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups.
Results The negative emotion score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and there was significant difference between the data (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The pain score of patients in the experimental group was far worse than that in the control group, and the data between the two groups were significantly different, with clinical statistical significance (P<0.05). The cardiac function of the experimental group after nursing intervention was higher than that of the control group, and there was a certain difference in data between the groups with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with coronary heart disease cardiac intervention can further improve patients' negative emotions, can effectively improve patients' cardiac function, worthy of promotion and application.
