Application of fast recovery surgery concept in operating room nursing
快速康复外科理念在手术室护理中的应用

摘要

目的 本文主旨在对于患者手术室护理中遵循快速恢复外科理念的临床护理效果及解析。方法 挑选2021年1月-2022年1月于本院骨科接受手术治疗的60例患者为本次实验的研究主体，采用奇偶数随机分配的方式分为两个组别，对比两组患者护理前后的自我焦虑抑郁评分、临床恢复效果。结果 两组患者在实行护理干预后症状均有所改善，实施护理前两组患者比较差异不大（P>0.05），护理后研究组患者焦虑抑郁评分均比参照组低，研究组临床恢复效果和住院时间均比参照组短，两组之间的差异为（P<0.05）。结论 在手术室患者护理中遵循快速康复外科理念后，首先改善了患者的消极情绪，增加了正能量，使患者能够积极的配合治疗工作，手术后恢复较好，有利于患者的治愈，提高了患者的生活质量，且护理满意度较高，值得推广借鉴。

Abstract

Objective The purpose of this paper is to observe the clinical nursing effect and analysis of the concept of rapid recovery surgery in the nursing of patients in operating room.
Methods 60 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects of this experiment. They were randomly divided into two groups by odd and even numbers, and the self-anxiety and depression scores and clinical recovery effects of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.
Results After the nursing intervention, the symptoms of the two groups were improved. Before the nursing intervention, there was little difference between the two groups (P>0.05). After the nursing, the anxiety and depression scores of the patients in the research group were lower than those in the reference group. The clinical recovery effect and hospitalization time of the research group were shorter than those in the reference group, and the difference between the two groups was (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Following the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the nursing of patients in the operating room can first improve the patients' negative emotions, increase their positive energy, and enable them to actively cooperate with the treatment work. After the operation, they recover well, which is beneficial to the patients' cure and improves their quality of life. Moreover, the nursing satisfaction is high, which is worth popularizing and learning from.
