Effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery in nursing care of patients with renal calculi
快速康复外科理念在肾结石患者护理中的应用效果研究

摘要

目的 探究肾结石病人取石术后予快速康复护理的效果。方法 研究受试者共入选40例，选取时间为2021年7月到2022年3月，均选自我院泌尿外科，将其随机打乱分组，分别为观察组、对照组，每组患者平均为20例，其中对照组予基础肾结石护理，观察组予快速康复护理，比对组间围手术期指标变化以及术后并发症发生情况。结果 观察组病人术后出现并发症的例数仅为1例（腹腔积液/5%），明显低于对照组发生率，P＜0.05；术后，观察组各项围手术期指标（恢复进食、排气排便、首次下床以及住院总时长）明显优于另一组，P＜0.05。结论 肾结石病人术后实施快速康复护理可以帮助机体在短时间内恢复到最佳状态，术后不良并发症发生几率低，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with renal calculi after stone removal.
Methods a total of 40 subjects were selected from the urology department of our hospital from december2020 to March 2022. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The average number of patients in each group was 20. The control group was given basic kidney stone care, and the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation care. The changes of perioperative indicators and the incidence of postoperative complications between the groups were compared.
Results the number of postoperative complications in the observation group was only 1 case (peritoneal effusion /5%), which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05); After operation, the perioperative indexes (recovery of eating, exhaust and defecation, first getting out of bed and total length of hospitalization) in the observation group were significantly better than those in the other group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   the implementation of rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with renal calculi after operation can help the body recover to the best state in a short time, and the incidence of adverse complications is low, which is worth popularizing.
