Effect of cluster nursing intervention in emergency nursing of children with febrile convulsion
集束化护理干预在小儿热性惊厥急诊护理中应用效果

摘要

目的 探讨在热性惊厥患儿急诊护理中以集束化护理施护，对缩短急救时间及提升家属满意度的干预意义。方法 研究伊始时间为2020年5月，结束时间为2022年12月，通过电脑程序作用下在该时间段内选择我院普外科接受腹腔镜手术治疗的患者60例作为入组成员，区分为了两个群组，分别为对照组统共30例患者使用常规护理，以及观察组统共30例患者使用手术室护理路径，对患者最终获得的干预成效进行两个组别之间的比较。结果 术中出血量更多的一个组别为对照组，其余各项临床指标所消耗时间更短的一个组别为观察组（P＜0.05）；发生不良反应事件概率更高的一个组别为对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在普外科所开展的腹腔镜手术治疗过程中，对患者按照手术室护理路径模式对患者进行相应的护理干预工作，让患者能够获得安全系数更高的手术过程中，并且能够让患者机体恢复时间有一定程度的缩减，是一种值得临床实际推广与使用的方式。

Abstract

Objective To explore the intervention significance of cluster nursing in the emergency nursing of children with febrile convulsion, which can shorten the first aid time and improve the satisfaction of family members.
Methods the subjects were 80 children with febrile convulsion who were hospitalized in the hospital from April 2020 to may 2022. They were divided into groups by digital parity method. One group of 40 patients was set as the control group. According to the doctor's requirements, routine basic nursing was adopted. The other group was set as the observation group. The number of cases was 40. Cluster nursing was adopted to compare the differences of first aid and family satisfaction indicators between the groups.
Results the first aid time, the time of convulsion and the time of high fever in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group. The nursing service attitude, nursing timeliness and nursing skill scores of the family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). There were significant differences between the groups.
Conclusion   cluster nursing intervention can shorten the first aid time and symptom disappearance time of children, promote their rehabilitation, and increase the satisfaction of family members. It is suitable for grass-roots hospitals.
