Application of nursing pathway in operating room in laparoscopic surgery of general surgery
手术室护理路径在普外科腹腔镜手术护理中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨分析手术室护理路径在普外科腹腔镜手术护理中的应用。方法 研究伊始时间为2020年5月，结束时间为2022年12月，通过电脑程序作用下在该时间段内选择我院普外科接受腹腔镜手术治疗的患者60例作为入组成员，区分为了两个群组，分别为对照组统共30例患者使用常规护理，以及观察组统共30例患者使用手术室护理路径，对患者最终获得的干预成效进行两个组别之间的比较。结果 术中出血量更多的一个组别为对照组，其余各项临床指标所消耗时间更短的一个组别为观察组（P＜0.05）；发生不良反应事件概率更高的一个组别为对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在普外科所开展的腹腔镜手术治疗过程中，对患者按照手术室护理路径模式对患者进行相应的护理干预工作，让患者能够获得安全系数更高的手术过程中，并且能够让患者机体恢复时间有一定程度的缩减，是一种值得临床实际推广与使用的方式。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the application of operating room nursing pathway in laparoscopic surgery in general surgery.
Methods the beginning time of the study was may 2020 and the end time was December 2022. Under the action of computer program, 60 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in the Department of general surgery of our hospital were selected as members of the group. They were divided into two groups: 30 patients in the control group used routine nursing and 30 patients in the observation group used operating room nursing path, The final intervention effect of patients was compared between the two groups.
Results T the group with more intraoperative blood output was the control group, and the group with shorter consumption time of other clinical indexes was the observation group (P < 0.05); The group with higher probability of adverse reaction events was the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   in the process of laparoscopic surgery carried out by general surgery, the corresponding nursing intervention for patients according to the nursing path mode of the operating room can enable patients to obtain a higher safety factor in the operation process, and reduce the recovery time of patients to a certain extent. It is a way worthy of clinical promotion and use.
