Clinical value of surgical treatment and postoperative anti infection treatment of acute suppurative appendicitis
急性化脓性阑尾炎手术治疗及术后抗感染治疗的临床价值体会

摘要

目的 探讨在急性化脓性阑尾炎患者治疗中提供手术治疗及术后予以抗感染治疗的意义。方法 试验所选择对象是2020.02-2022.02此阶段内，在我院行手术治疗的急性化脓性阑尾炎患者84例，根据随机数字表法均分作对照组与观察组，2组均接受手术治疗，对照组术后予以常规抗感染治疗，观察组则在药敏试验后选择高敏感抗生素治疗，统计施治后两组抗生素使用时间、住院天数及并发症指标差异。结果 经比较2组临床指标，观察组抗生素使用时间及住院时间比对照组低，P＜0.05；经比较2组并发症，观察组比对照组低，P＜0.05；经对比组间生活质量，观察组各项评分比对照组高，P＜0.05。结论 通过在术后选择高敏感度抗生素药物实施抗感染治疗，有利于改善患者预后质量，适宜基层医院借鉴应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the intervention significance of cluster nursing in the emergency nursing of children with febrile convulsion, which can shorten the first aid time and improve the satisfaction of family members.
Methods the subjects were 80 children with febrile convulsion who were hospitalized in the hospital from April 2020 to may 2022. They were divided into groups by digital parity method. One group of 40 patients was set as the control group. According to the doctor's requirements, routine basic nursing was adopted. The other group was set as the observation group. The number of cases was 40. Cluster nursing was adopted to compare the differences of first aid and family satisfaction indicators between the groups.
Results the first aid time, the time of convulsion and the time of high fever in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group. The nursing service attitude, nursing timeliness and nursing skill scores of the family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). There were significant differences between the groups.
Conclusion   cluster nursing intervention can shorten the first aid time and symptom disappearance time of children, promote their rehabilitation, and increase the satisfaction of family members. It is suitable for grass-roots hospitals.
