The short-term and long-term clinical effects of laparoscopic radical resection and traditional open surgery in elderly patients with rectal cancer
老年患者行腹腔镜直肠癌根治术与传统开腹手术的近远期临床疗效

摘要

目的 研究老年患者行腹腔镜直肠癌根治术与传统开腹手术近远期临床疗效。方法 将我院2015.1月-2022.3月收治80例直肠癌老年患者当成研究的对象，之后采用随机分组的办法，将上述患者分成研究组、对照组，前者予以腹腔镜根治术治疗，后者予以传统开腹手术治疗，对两组治疗后的手术指标、近期远期疗效展开评比，以此得知两种治疗方式的应用疗效。结果 对照组中患者的术中出血量、排气时间、留置导尿管时间、固体饮食时间均高于研究组中的患者，P＜0.05；而研究组近期并发症的发生率显著低于对照组，P＜0.05，而研究组患者在粘连性肠梗阻、切口疝发生率上显著低于对照组患者，P＜0.05。结论治疗老年直肠癌患者时，采用腹腔镜根治术其效果要优于传统的开腹手术治疗，值得运用。

Abstract

Objective To study the short-term and long-term clinical effects of laparoscopic radical resection and traditional open surgery in elderly patients with rectal cancer.
Methods 100 elderly patients with rectal cancer treated in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were taken as the subjects of the study. Then, the above patients were randomly divided into study group and control group. The former was treated with laparoscopic radical surgery, and the latter was treated with traditional open surgery. The surgical indicators and short-term and long-term effects of the two groups were evaluated to know the application effects of the two treatment methods.
Results the amount of bleeding, time of exhaust, time of indwelling catheter and time of solid diet in the control group were higher than those in the study group (P < 0.05); The incidence of recent complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), while the incidence of adhesive intestinal obstruction and incisional hernia in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   laparoscopic radical surgery is better than traditional open surgery in the treatment of elderly patients with rectal cancer.
