健康教育在老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折护理中的效果研究

摘要

目的 研究健康教育用于老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折护理中的效果。方法 研究的对象是我院在2021.4月-2022.4月收治的50例老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者,采用随机分组的方式分成两组,一组常规组,予以常规护理,另一组实验组,在常规护理中添加健康教育,对两组分别干预后的生活质量评分、健康知识掌握情况进行对比。结果 在生活质量评分对比上,实验组的生理功能、社会功能、精神健康评分均显著高于常规组患者,P<0.05;在健康知识掌握情况对比上,实验组的健康知识掌握率为96%,显著高于常规组的72%,P<0.05。结论 老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者护理中接受健康教育,不但会让患者掌握更多的疾病知识,有助于他们身体健康的恢复,同时也会改善患者的生活,值得运用。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of health education in the nursing of senile osteoporotic hip fracture.
Methods the subjects of the study were 50 elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fracture treated in our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022. They were randomly divided into two groups. One group was given routine nursing care, and the other group was given health education in routine nursing. The quality of life scores and health knowledge of the two groups were compared after the intervention.
Results the scores of physiological function, social function and mental health in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group (P < 0.05); In the comparison of health knowledge mastery, the rate of health knowledge mastery in the experimental group was 96%, significantly higher than that in the conventional group (72%, P < 0.05).
Conclusion   receiving health education in the nursing of elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fracture will not only help them master more disease knowledge, help them recover their health, but also improve their lives, which is worth using.
