个性化健康教育用于急性胰腺炎护理疗效分析

摘要

目的 探讨在急性胰腺炎患者护理中采取个性化健康教育的效用价值。方法 纳入134例患者进行对比试验,采取摇号方式将其分为沿用常规护理模式的对照组以及在此基础上实施个性化健康教育的观察组,每组均为67例患者,对两组患者的自我管理能力、临床疗效进行比较。结果 经研究表明,观察组患者各维度自我管理能力评分均高于对照组,同时治疗效果显著提升。(P<0.05)。结论 对于急性胰腺炎患者而言,在其治疗期间采用个性化健康教育不仅能够使得护理更加具有针对性,更能够有效提高临床治疗效果,对患者自我管理能力的提升也可起到积极促进作用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the utility value of individualized health education in the nursing of patients with acute pancreatitis.
Methods 134 patients were included for the comparative test, and they were divided into the control group that followed the routine nursing model and the observation group that implemented personalized health education based on the lottery method. There were 67 patients in each group. The self-management ability and clinical efficacy were compared.
Results The study showed that the self-management ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the treatment effect was significantly improved. (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with acute pancreatitis, the use of personalized health education during their treatment can not only make the nursing more targeted, but also effectively improve the clinical treatment effect, and can also play a positive role in improving the patient's self-management ability.
